World famous Mountain, Mount-Everest
is known as "Top of the World" Many challengers have kissed the top
and many had lost their life and many have still a dream of kissing
it in future. Two packages are organized here; one is Expedition and
second is Trekking. Expedition team carry a dream to kiss the top
and trekking team carry a dream to see it's natural view to take
photo of it expecting clear weather from the Base Camp. This Everest
Trekking is also given a name Solukhumbu and Sherapa Heritage
trekking because while going trekking on this region you will find
mostly Sherpa people on the way. Hotels and restaurants are run by
Sherpa people and due to high altitude only sherpa have manage good
hotels and restaurants in this region. You will notice sherpa people
celebrating their festival according to their tradition. Sherpa
people are not orthodox, they have equal respect to all religion.
The main gate of Mt-Everest Namche Bazzar which is the main market
of Solu. It is inevitable that it environment has been badly
affected by this tourism business but people of Solukhumbu have
taken remarkable steps to minimize it's and many environmental
saving program have been done with the help of foreigner agencies
and trekker. Most of the trekker prefers to catch domestic flight to
Lukla from Kathmandu and other option is from Jiri. Different is
that short and long treks. |

Elements of attraction:
Sherpa Culturally rich and frankly habitant people will try to
provide you all the facilities even in the high altitude and make
you smile and laugh all the time even in the hard time of trekking.
This rout is not only for Everest Base Camp and kala Pattar, you can
reach to Namche Bazar, Thame, Gokyo Lake, Gokyo Peak, Cho La Pass,
Nangpa La Pass, Renjo La pass, Kongma La Pass and Everest Panorama
trek until Tengbuche Monastery. You will find good management of
Hotel and Restaurant on the way for Teahouse and Lodge but in Nangpa
La it is difficult to expect same facilities as I have told you
before line.
On the way you can see many beautiful mountain and peaks including
Everest (8,848m), Lhotse (8,511m), Makalu (8,481m), Nuptse (7,879m),
Ama Dablam (6,856m), Thamserku (6,623m) and so |
